The first day includes the longest ride, though it can be shortened by train. This tour is ideal for travellers short on time but big on adventure.

Getting to Verona (start and end of tour)
By plane: Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) has direct flights from several UK airports, with Ryanair from London Stansted, easyJet from London Gatwick, and Jet2 from various UK regional airports. The flight takes around 2 hours. The airport is around 12km from Verona city centre, with a bus service to the main station taking around 15 minutes.
By train: Verona Porta Nuova station is a major Italian rail hub on the Milan–Venice high-speed line, with fast connections to Venice (around 1 hour 10 minutes), Milan (around 1 hour 15 minutes) and Bologna. Flying into Milan or Venice and taking the train to Verona is a convenient option.
By car: Verona sits at the intersection of the A4 (Milan–Venice) and A22 (Brenner Pass) motorways, making it easy to reach from the north via Innsbruck or from Milan and Venice to the west and east.
