Every payment you make is securely held in an independent trust account and only used to pay for your holiday arrangements. This means your money is safe, even if something unexpected happens.

In the unlikely event of supplier failure or insolvency (ours or anyone we work with), your funds are fully protected. You’ll either receive a full refund or a suitable replacement service – so your travel plans are never at risk.
